Go with the 135 as it has a a tad more amperage to play with, which makes a bigger difference on smaller units.are they both new?the 135t are obsolete and a new one could likely be gotten cheaper than the 125 hd.

the 125HD is new the 135T is factory reconditioned........within $5 the same price......my biggest question is the 125hd has 5 tap settings the 135 has 4 does this make much difference in the real world? and is the 135 a better machine.....either will have enough power that's really not my concern.

The 125 is not Mig ready so you'll need the Mig Conversion kit- the 135 should be ready to go
