I would love to see a an app for android and iOS, the mobile optimized web page my phone pulls up is just garbage, I still havent figured out how to attach images to a post from my phone either!

Im not sure what the level of interest in the app would be, but I would certainly love it!

    Re: weldingweb WISH LIST

One of the nicest forums I've came across layout wise is Advrider.com. I think one of the things that strikes me is that the stickies stay on subject. I realize this may be due to moderation more than users only posting what is relevant.

I also understand this is more work for the moderators. However, when a sticky gets too long and rambles too much then it becomes fairly useless.

The site I mentioned above also has 'resources' which anyone could probably put together. I'm not sure if this is allowed to be edited or not.

Anyway, an example is the sticky about O/A welding, etc. I'm not sure why it is a sticky. It goes every direction possible and is hard to use for anyone looking for specific O/A info.

I know these changes aren't free and they come with more work from the moderators, which is probably a thankless task. Therefore, I'm not filing this as a complaint, just an observation. But my wish: that stickies are better moderated to stay on task OR a resource section is created.

    Thanks for the great forum!

    Cheers,

Love the Forum! Is there a way to keep from getting logged out automatically? I can't find anything in the settings tab to stay logged in.

Thanks to the directors & Mods!!

After you log in check off the "Remember Me" box and that will take care of that.
