That's the sloppiest one I have seen. One time I got an actylene tank that was missing the knob. Didn't realize it till I got home and it was a 70 mile round trip to swap it. Lesson learned always check the valve before you leave
This is my latest tig tank. Had to share.

Is that a picture of an empty tank? Awesome.
It's the new flex valve cylinder that can be opened at any angle!

Being from very near to Brussels, I object to your choice of words!
But seriously, this will make me doublecheck those valves before I take any more cilinders home...
This is actually an AWG (American welding and gas) tank. We have dealt with the same place for around 30 years now. I have seen literally a thousand tanks or more from this place and this is the first one that actually worried me the first time I turned it on. It should be used up by the weekend and I'll point it out to them when I take it in.
I miss that regulator in the vid. I'd rather have that regulator back than the ball flow regulator I have now.

gamer man than me stuffing around with that. I would have called the fire brigade and told them to get their hazmat team to dispose of it.
the damage that would do if that dodgy tap let go !

I've had some sloppy ones . . . but this one takes the brussle sprouts!
I would return the bottle without further use, and ask 'the real manager' how
it got out of their: house/plant.
A good LWS wants to know this - please post the huddle . . .

I would never admit it - but some welders actually eat vegetables . . .
For those succumbing to this weakness - this is my Brussels Sprout procedure.
Peel - the bitter-outer-shell down - until yellow begins to appear at the stem.
Sau·té in walnut oil - then dress lightly - with toasted walnut-dust.
Be forewarned: the taste is akin to Ambrosia - the weak may sell all of their
guns - and take up gardening . . .

Opus that bottle is long gone. I think I mentioned something when I exchanged it but it was awhile ago. Although something is up at the LWS because there has been a rash of new bottles coming threw lately. I haven't seen a new bottle in quite some time but now I have gotten two in a row and see many more that look new at the store.

Man you should show that video to the gas distributors! Kind of funny that it has that much play in it.
