Hobart 54Sl wire feed welder feeds but no spark

Ok First problem is I can find nothing about this 110 volt mig welder anywhere? Plugged in it feeds wire just fine but has no spark? Removed the cover and i'm confused at the lack of a transformer I feel would be big enough for this unit? I have meter in hand and know enough to get me in trouble?

Uh, that would be because it isn't a welder, it's a wire feeder to be used as an addition to a welding power source . . .
