    Where to Buy?

Can anybody tell me who the best online suppliers are for 70S6 MIG wire?

I am also wondering if there is a popular 70S6 "off" brand wire commonly sold online (not Lincoln, ESAB, Hobart, National Standard, etc.).

    Thanks for any help.

I use welding depot for tig rod, don't have a mig welder so I couldn't tell you what brand their spools are, but they seem to have the best prices online. There isn't much difference between manufacturers running solid wire, so I don't see a reason to need to buy a name brand, like you would with fluxcore or stick electrodes. Here's a link to their website: http://store.weldingdepot.com/cgi/we...er_image=.html

I get better prices on wire at the LWS, as shipping is high enough to offset the local price.

Try www.usaweld.com. I have not used their wire, but as soon as I need some, I will buy from them.
