Nice. Did you CNC those plates yourself ?
Fabrication on the BendIt-based mobile, air over hydraulic tube/pipe bender started. Managed to cut the 3x3x3/16" HSS after a long day of work.
Images show quick-fit of the HSS and layout of the CNC'd 5/8" upright and cylinder interfaces. Need to slice the remaining 45deg angles on the cross braces, before milling (annular cutters) the holes in the HSS to accept the uprights. Awaiting receipt of the build hardware from McMaster-Carr, other.
Run'n our Femi HEM NG120 ABS band saw was dakine. She's a Ferrari...swift, silent, and strong. She made precision cuts effortlessly.
The journey continues.......

Keep the pics coming as it progresses. Also what the rough cost ends up. I'm always looking for better bender ideas.
@ blackbart - will do. Targeting a total build cost of ~ $750.
The 5/8" CNCs purchased at $150, the 3x3x3/16" HSS cost $170, the remaining parts/components should be $305, and the PC finish to the frame (not the 5/8" uprights or cylinder which will be spray'd in rat'lr) ~ $125.
