Logging in multiple times to make a post or upload pics

It seems like I frequently have to log in multiple times just to make a post or upload pics. Does this happen to anyone else?

I live a bit in the country and have satellite internet and have disabled a few things such as the autorun feature on the flash plug in so I have to right click on the button to run the plug in.

I don't know if either of those are contributing factors or not.

There are times I may have to log in to reply, type out a post, copy it, try to post, log in, attempt to paste the reply, log in, upload a pic or two, log in, upload, login etc.

Sometimes it works funny for me too. Try and see if the '' BASIC UPLOADER '' comes up. I think that what it says. I click on that and it works perfect. It helps to use '' PREVIEW '' too. Sometimes this thing gets a mind of its own.

Thanks. I will try that. I may make it up to your neck of the woods early October. I have to drop off an item for EQ one evening.

Hi, if you're having problems staying logged in, that sounds like a stale cookie problem. You should probably remove any weldingweb cookies from your browser, and then reload and log back into the site. That should resolve your issue entirely.

    cheers,

Should be a check box on the log in page that says something like keep me logged in.
It will keep you logged in and auto log you in when you return days later.
Had the same problem when I first started to come here. If box is checked then you might have a problem that needs looking into.
