They make oil bucket carts cheaper than you can buy the casters.

Im looking for a cart that would help in dispensing the oil, not just moving it around

Do you want to keep the oil in the bucket or make a dispenser?

You could make rollers to set the bucket on its side on horizontally, with the spout at 12 o'clock take off cap. When you rotate the bucket slowly the oil come out in a steady stream. As you use the oil you just rotate the bucket more .When done put spout at 12 o'clock, put cap on

I use 15w40, and buy it in 5 gallon buckets.

I was thinking about some thing like you suggest. I though I would see what others are using

They make lever handle pumps that replace the lid on 5 gallon containers. It is fairly easy to use, especially for motor oil. I use one to pump 85-140 gear oil, and it works good. Pretty reasonable price as well. Many lube and oil distributors sell them.

I bought a pump for a one gallon/5 quart oil jug, and it has a clear plastic hose on and use it to put oil in the small engines, (one of the better things I have ever done)

putting a hose on the pump of the 5 gallon bucket and then just pump it into where you need it, with the bucket on the ground or dolly a 1/4 tun valve at the near end of the hose would keep hose spillage down, measure the number pumps for a quart and mark the pump or drum and when changing oil pump the need pumps and you should be there, (your hose could be 10 feet long if needed) with a 1/4 tun valve at the out put end and short spout, you should be good to go,

They make pumps for 5 gal buckets that replace the lid.

I've got one on the gear oil bucket and another on the hydro-trans.

Yes, I have to carry (use the factory handle) the bucket to where it is needed. Then pump the fluid up.

    Here's one on Amazon: https://www.amazon.com/Powerbuilt-64...+gallon+bucket

The bucket tipper works good. The one raptorduner showed. We had something similar on one of the ships I work on for boiler chemical. Easy to pour from.

Just use a hand truck, put an empty 5 gal. bucket on the bottom and the full one on top with the spout facing towards the handle, you will be able to tip it and pour it with a controlled dose.
