Don't misinterpret the answer though. You do need the 800. No doubt about it.

That is some serious horsepower there. Couple hours welding with that cranked up and you would be able to cancel your appointment at the tanning booth.

When I bought my 280 I was thinking I would only need a 210 and I was right but still never sorry I bought the one with more balls. New bigger badder models are just wanna gotta haves it isn't whether you will ever need it but that you'll have it if you ever need it.
