I have a Victor cutting torch that needs to be rebuilt with new seals. Problem is there is no disassembly guide available on Google or Youtube. I have removed the handle and the #14 bolt at the bottom. I am stuck on how to remove parts 5-11. There isn't any place to wrench it out. Ebay listing image #3 shows the valve stem and retaining nut that I need help removing. Not sure how to access it.

Also part #18 is being blocked by the screw shroud (part #19). Would I need to use needle pliers in the gas holes to twist it off? Again blocked access, unable to use hex wrench
