    Welds last longer than love...

What’s up everyone? My name is Bruce. I am retired 20 years active duty Army Combat Engineer (Sapper). I currently work for the DOD (Department of Defense) out at Fort Irwin California where I train our Warfighters on Enemy Tactics and how to beat the IED, “Roadside Bomb”. I live in Barstow (from San Diego) and in my off time I spend time in my shop, High Dezert Fabrications. I am an avid off roader and have a build Chevy S10 Prerunner. I fabricate everything from bumpers to cages. I am an accomplished welder (MIG welder, Lincoln 180)) and recently purchased a TIG, Miller Maxstar 150 STL. I am truly a novice when it comes to TIG, so I am leaning on this site to help me along. Thanks ya’ll, I look forward to meeting everyone.

    Bruce
    Aka, Sapperb.

Welcome! Thank you for your service and current commitment. I too enjoy the outdoors, offroading, shooting etc. I do most of my offroading on ATV's.
