    The ad title makes it sound like a 300 model - AC/DC TIG 300 300, TM 300 300 or ... which it does not appear to be.

    looks to be a 400 amp (DC) constant current or constant voltage source

    so DC Tig

    DC stick

    Wire feeder power source mig / Flux core

    Nice specs- 400 amps @100% duty cycle would be a good deal for carbon arc gouging running some high production high power mig, or just dc stick welding for someone with 3 phase available.
