    TIG 200 Issue

I've been using the Tig 200 for a year without any complications, and the machine has worked well.
One day to the next, without changing any of the settings I cant get the puddle to stabilize. I add filler material but it wont stabilize or travel when I move the torch.
I've replaced all of the consumables, including the torch body itself, swapped out a new bottle of argon, and even had the machine itself inspected and diagnosed and the warranty center said it was fine yet I'm still having the same issue. I'm welding stainless at between 110-140 amps and have tried changing the gas flow but it hasn't helped at all. Anyone ever had this issue or have any possible solutions? Stumped here.

Post pictures of your welds. I can't help you since I don't have the experience yet, if ever, but someone who can will want to see what your welds look like.
