    SA200 Welds Colder & Colder

Hey guys! Got a '71 SA200. Been running great for a couole of years, but recently (couple of weeks) I've had to regularly increase the heat. I run 5/32" 5P+ in 3rd gear at around 65-75. I've had to increase to 75, 80, 85, 90, and now I'm at 100. I'm going to try 4th gear and 30 or so to get it to run, but I need to find problem.

I haven't had the time to really dig into it, so here are my thoughts....

    1. Stone the commutator
    2. New brushes
    3. New rheostat
    4. PC board getting weak

I do have a lot of leads (approx 700' total) and I'm thinking of taking some out.

    Any help is appreciated. Thanks.

PC board has nothing to do with it.

    Check your lead connections.
