    Lincoln 180 Newer models problem

    Pc board fried on my 2014 lincoln 180 so i bought the new one and i can't get nice strong weld joints like i did with my older version, its looks like its has much less power then older version, so i played with it for few days and cant stand with it returned back to the store
    is any one experience same problem with newer lincolns?

    Yea actually I did have that issue with the 180. I sold a 2015 and bought a 2018 and noticed the issue. I was able to get it to weld better changing the tip.The brand new tip that came on it was faulty. It looked fine, but wasn't electrically working properly. After that I was pleased.
