    ESAB Warrior 500i issues

    Hi all. I have some problems regarding MMA on ESAB Warrior 500i. I am using E8018 electrode. During welding, there seem to be large fluctuations of Amps which causes instability and splatter while welding. I would appreciate your help and guidance. Thank you very much.

    Call ESAB tech support and ask them. How old is the welder?
