Fabricated First Welding Cart

Hi Guys,

Finished my first welding cart the other day for my Miller 211. I purchased the welder used a couple months ago and have been welding non-stop since. I made it all out of 1/8" steel I got from the scrap yard along with a small piece of square tubing. I realized once I put the welder on that the hangers I welded to hold my helmets was too high up. I went to open the side door of the machine and thunk, the door hit the hangers. I had to cut those off and re-weld them lower but other than that it was fairly straight forward. I learned a lot about fabrication and got a little better at vertical up welding. I picked up the hint to turn the settings down slightly and that works like a charm! Let me know what you think!

Very nice and ditto on the wheels. That 211 is one of the best for sure. I've seen sellers try to get new prices on those. Myself and many have stated that .030 is the best.
