Help with fume extractor information.

I recently bought this fume extractor from Grainger.

The instructions are very inadequate. I tried contacting Grainger but they didn't know anything because the company the makes this machine is based in Taiwan.

I was wondering if anyone has used one of these machines because I have a few questions.
