Re: Getting emails every time a post is liked

Can we turn off email notifications for getting "likes"

What is this, Facebook? Why do we need the "like" button? Everytime someone "likes" one of my posts I get an email, I don't need an email for that,

Robb any way to turn this off?

Apparently this section is not working on Mobile, we will have to investigate why that is. From the 'full version' or on a desktop browser you can use this link to adjust your post like notification settings: https://weldingweb.com/vbb/thanks.ph...action=options

    cheers,

You guys make me laugh. I consider myself lucky I can still walk in heels that high. Ask anyone here who has met me in person and they'll tell you they're worn by a 60+ year old woman with gray hair!!! ; )

"Apparently this section is not working on Mobile, we will have to investigate why that is" Ahhh.... the benefits of being older and having arms that aren't long enough to use a smart phone even if one has one. I was able to turn off my likes..... from my desktop computer and tv sized monitor.

John T> Awww.... what a nice compliment. Flattery would have gotten you everywhere if I wasn't one of the blessed ones who is still happily married after 30+ years.

I watched that movie a long time ago. They're both exceptional actors. I don't recall that scene... which I'm sure I would have laughed at way back when but I recall a scene where she's younger and her daughter is an infant and “mom” checks on her little one repeatedly throughout the night by going in and kissing her to make sure she's still breathing. The baby wakes up, begins crying, and mom walks out saying much better or something along those lines. Infants sleep so sound at times it can be unnerving. Everyone I know suffered from Jewish mother syndrome with their first infant.... we were all using makeup mirrors under their noses to make sure they were still breathing.
