    Bottle Connection

I bought a Miller 350P a couple months back and have added the dual bottle rack so I have 75/25 for general mig and 90/10 for pulse. I’m trying to connect the two bottles but the Y I bought needs a 90 degree bend in it because the bottles are in the way of the brass fitting on the rear of the machine. What have you guys done to connect two bottles?

I use 2 different flowmeters. That's on a Miller 252, one for the mig gun one for spoolgun.

Pretty sure he is using two flowmeters already.

How would that get them both connected to one inlet ?

He wants them both on the mig gas inlet.

Maybe a short hose from the Y to the machine to get it out of the way of the tank. Possibly check valves or shut off valves after each regulator not positive maybe not needed at all as long as the other is shut off that your not using it may be fine one at a time.

Quick connects are another option to swap gases pretty quickly.

Just get a 3/8 flare x fnpt connector then run a straight pipe out. Or just get a 3/8 flare 90

I just add a QD to each flow meter, then just plug the hose into whichever bottle I need.

"Y" tee with shut offs, 1 machine, 2 bottles. I had to use a 90 fitting to connect to the machine because of bottle fitment (I have this setup on both of my MTS machines.

I did similar. This one is two machines /

    two bottles.

One machine. Two bottles (one argon, one CO2) with a mixer.
