I had occasion to contact Everlast's Tech support yesterday. I was having issues with my 50p plasma cutter that is probably 7 or 8 years old, well out of warranty. I emailed and got a call back within an hour or so. He assisted me with doing some troubleshooting by phone (in spite of my lousy service here in the boonies) and on email, and we pretty much have it isolated to an issue in the torch head. New torch ordered, I should be back in business Friday. I'm impressed with the time and effort they put into helping me rather than just trying to sell me a new machine. Great job Everlast!
