    Lightning MTS 225

The Lightning MTS 275 has been a success and producing them as fast as we can sell them.

We've also introduce its smaller sibling the Lighting MTS 225. Same type of unit, with AC/DC TIG (Pulse on both DC and AC), wave form control. etc. There are a few minor differences as in keeping with our design philosophy, the more amperage you need, the more features you are likely to require. It has less wave forms, but the ones you need. No spot or stitch timers, but the unit is still well appointed. This unit is the replacement for the PowerMTS 221STi. It is in stock and is selling well as well. The unit is smaller physically and is only 200 amp output. It holds a 10 lb roll of wire. But it also has the powerset function like the Lightning MTS 275. It is dual voltage and has two input for both MIG and TIG gas, so you can keep both gases connected at the same time.

Trying to see how much easier the mts225 is to use and operate than my mts252sti. Also why did you stop making my welder??.

It's easier to use and more advanced. We stopped making the 252 because the 275 came out as the next gen version.
