Amphenol for Power Mig 210 MP

Need a new amphenol plug for my Powermig 210 MP code 12185. actually it is the amphenol on the Magnum Pro 175 L gun, the male that taps into the machine when you hook it in. My gun is in great shape but the plug is damaged. It is only the 2 wire for the trigger. Lincoln part number is 9SM 16700. they list it for just under $49 . Most of the vendors are in the same price range. Seems really expensive for a little plug and pig tail. Was wondering if anyone has had to replace 1 or knows how to find a generic equivalent?

Miller uses the same plug. a service kit from them is just the front and pins.
no back clamp. Plug is a standard AMP 4 pin plug. Find the numbers and look it up.
But you need a amp pin pusher and crimping tool. If just the plastic is broken and the pins are ok, just the pin pusher is needed. Plug and tools can be bought from AMP and many electronic parts houses, on line or near by.

thanks, computer is down so I have not posted, never thought it would be the same as miller, I must have and old miller gun around that is beat, cut plug off, figure which pin position I need and splice in. Thanks

both use pins 1 and 2. I have a plug wit a switch on it i use for testing.
Haven't found a welder with that type of plug it didn't work in.
Cut plug off and splice it and go to work.
