Try looking up your serial number and/or machine on the Miller manuals page.

230 volt line cord goes in the back of the welder and connects to the contactor.
2 small wires are also connected there and go to the line switch and then to the fan / transformer. once the fan is running the transformer side makes 24 vac to run the trigger circuit and contactor. Should be an electrical diagram pasted to the inside of one of the cover panels. for an owners /parts manual go to www.millerwelds.com
select manual and parts tab. enter your serial number and down load the manual.
If nothing comes up or the serial number is gone. select the link for manual by machine name. enter MILLERMATIC 150 use caps. Then down load the manual.
It has a wiring diagram in the back.
