    miller deltaweld 650

I recently purchased a deltaweld 650 from a tech school. When I go to weld with it, the wire is hot WITHOUT the trigger pulled and as soon as the trigger is pressed the wire feeds thru like normal but without any current to weld. Can anyone give me an idea of where to start troubleshooting this issue? thanks

Is the remote contactor switch turned on? The manual says "When the remote contactor switch is in the "ON" position, open circuit voltage is present at both positive weld output terminals for as long as the welding power source is energized."

Page 19 of the manual I looked at.

    Find it here:https://www.millerwelds.com/support/manuals-and-parts
