When the new Hobart Ironman 240 was released to replace the Ironman 230, Hobart also released a new spool gun that is noted on its specs as for the Ironman 240. Does anyone know if the Spool runner 200 will work with the Ironman 230?

I called Hobart but got a non-definitive answer that the voltage for the spool gun drive motor *might* be different between the 240 and the 230, but I can't confirm that anywhere.
