We started this one about a week or 2 ago, cut out all the old stuff, clean it up and cut out and weld new liners in it. This is the 3rd one, the first 2 were started by another outfit and they made a mess of em, we fixed them up and got em rollin and so now we got a bunch more of these to do.

We are gonna just do the floor and the front wall on this one. i had to weld the corners back together on the floor on this, and it took about 5 25 pd rolls of 1/16 Innershield for that. The floor plates and the wall will probly take another 14 rolls give or take. If we do the sidewalls too it will be another 14 rolls or so. Then we always have a bunch of cracks to repair as well, we run either 7018 or Innershield for me and my partner if he is he is with me uses either Ultra Core or some wire from ESAB that they get in for him. I prefer the Innershield and we have pallets of it back at our shop so i just grab about 5 or 6 rolls on Saturday for the next week.

Thay let this one go a little bit to long, the plates we cut out were pretty bad, big holes in em and about 5 or 6 inches of dirt, mud and rust in spots to chip off with air chisels and needle scalers

Bullriggin 101... had to get a bit creative to get these plates for the front wall up into the truck, once the front edge of the plate was up on the back of the truck i unhooked it and cut the thing off and pulled the plate up the rest of the way from the front

The chain come-along... the heavy equipment guys best friend. Used to use one with my knuckleboom crane due to lack of remote controls. More than once we "trapezed" some heavy stuff in and out of machines and buildings.

Yup ive done a lot of that myself...a comalong is one of my favorite tools, even if they are heavy and wear my bony *** out usin em. No one was around the day i pulled them up so I did what I did and got it done, it wasnt easy and till i got home i was ready for a good long nap. Henry brought his line boring truck with his 6000 pound crane for the floor plates, we had them in and tacked up in about 6 hours.

We cut the plate ourselves, we have a Buggo track burner, it works pretty good for this stuff, sometimes if one of the other guys has it i will cut it by hand, i can do a nice job with it if I get positioned comfy and it aint too cold that im shivering
