Albee type cylinders in the US

I've got a Hobart Handler 140 That I'm getting ready to add a gas cylinder to. I've not gone to a local store yet as it's about 30 minutes away but I saw a guy on YouTube that had hooked his up to an Albee cylinder that had an integrated regulator and safety enclosure on top. Apparently they are not available in the US though. Searching for similar type bottles has not turned up anything either. Are these type bottles just not a thing in the US? It seems like a good idea for the hobbyist types like me.

Airgas was supposed to be introducing those in the US. Never heard any more about it. Will not be very convenient if you are the only one that has one of them however because you would always have to wait for it to be filled.
