Where can I get a latch keeper like this one?

Just got a trailer with the bottom latch keeper missing on the rear door. Can't seem to put my finger on a replacement from the usual sources. Any thoughts?Name: trailer keeper.jpg

Most of the semi trailer dealers have an Araura parts catalog. There are dozens of different keepers depending on make and model. Also there are right and left hand cams and in many cases, the keepers.

    Looks like a typical 'anti-rack' cam-door lock.

there are a few different mfgs... personally I would weld up a replacement... prett easy to do for function... might not match visually but if you don't mind the looks it will keep the doors closed

Otherwise as much as I hate e-trailer they sell similar stuff... ---> https://www.etrailer.com/Enclosed-Tr...LR658-002.html

Here's a diagram with specs for one brand...

    Another place with similar parts...https://www.ordertrailerparts.com/pr...d-assembly-kit

If you knew the brand of trailer you could simply contact the manufacturer to get a part.. since some of these trailer guys like to cut costs by having their hardware made custom in china thereby eliminating any royalties they may have had to pay to the tried and true designs in use by a lot of other guys... unfortunately when they do this the design changes a bit here and there ... however a little grinding could make something fit... if you don't want to fab one up yourself...
