    Ranger 8 Value Increase

Hi. Have you noticed. How the value of the Lincoln Ranger 8 has increased . There was one sold
last week here in Manitoba Internet Auction. Sold for $4200. Probably twice as much as it cost new
What was so special about them? Probably twenty years ago they were the top of the line with all the
features AC DC CC CV and 100% duty cycle I think they have become a collectors item. It must be near
twenty years since Lincoln stopped making them.

Anything is possible at an auction. Have seen stuff sell for more than new with no warranty.

I was bidding on an old Miller 225 bobcat a few years ago at an estate auction. It was an old one with Onen engine. I stopped at $900 and it kept going and sold for $2800.

    Re: Ranger 8 Value Increase

I see A Ranger 8 advertised for sale on Kijiji. { A buy and sell site in Canada} They are asking $5000
says like new with 40 hours on it. You can look up Welders at RB Auctions on the internet they are selling
Hundreds. Prices are all over the place. Look at Welder Generators on Ebay I would think, You should be asking
    Around $3000.
