Lightbulb Licoln Weldanpower AC-225/DC-210-210/6 Idler Board Replacement

    Hello,

I've been coming across these boards going bad semi regularly. Would anyone be interested in me making a new updated aftermarket replacement board? If anyone has the schematic, I would really appreciate it. I have a design, but would like to be able to finalize it and check my work. Thanks

I have two of these machines, both with the 16hp briggs, neither has CV taps. The idler board is not the same between the two. If you email Lincoln, they will send you the correct schematic...or least they sent them to me. I have no idea which drive I have them saved on. With my luck, they're on either my old desktop or old laptop, both of which are dead. Will have to check my backup drives to see if they're saved there. You might also check the lincoln site. Not sure, but I'm pretty sure I pulled up one or the other of them there at some point in the past.

Ok the design is finished and I can have them done in a week or two. I'll be listing them on ebay or you can message me here.

tbmusic, are your L-6325 boards for the CC or CC/CV machines?. Didn't see a reference in your post or ad. Thx.

Per this manual, the Idler Board is the same. Let me know if you're seeing differently.

The parts that do change between the two are . . . Flashing Diode Assem, Selector Switch, Rheostat, and Name Plate (Obviously)

    Thanks
