    You can make your own.
    Just make the V-grove rollers.
I like using O1 or stress prof.

They made rollers V-grove , U-grove and knurl rollers.
It was sales as I found out. I to believe the sales until a employ got rollers mix up. The V-grove worked great.

I feel your pain, i still have a 10E that sits because the rolls are worn out. You can make your own with tool steel and have them hardened. I've done it before and it worked, but it wasn't on the 10E. I don't know why it would be any different. Have at it!

The 10E is one best wire feeds
I would make it or have some make a set locally.
If I had set of rollers I could make a set today.
But the largest tool steel I have 1" OD and have buy a full bar not cheap.

any of the online metal places can sell you shorter lengths of steel. higher $/lb, but still affordable.

The 10E was always a problem because it used such small diameter drive rolls. It shouldn't be too hard to make some drive rolls though.

    Sounds like power metal.
You find a lot of tools had parts made power metal.
The is good news for you as you pickup a great wire feeder.

Now how must work do want to do.

    1) make new gear to use off the shelf rollers.

    2) replace the feed roller unit

Either way you will very good wire feeder.
