Hobart 10000 cannot turn heat down
My Hobart Chanpion 10000 runs great, but I cannot turn the heat down. She's running HOT and then gets Hotter. I've been welding for over 40 years and never had this problem.

Well
10,000 Amps is an awful lot.
What did you expect?

Probably a bad rheostat or something similar. Hopefully someone with repair experience comes along. You might be able to download a manual with your serial number on the Hobart and/or Miller site with a troubleshooting guide.

It's an interesting answer, you have to remember it. About onions is very correct
