    ...ok...dumb question for the day.

What the heck is this icon on the left panel??

It lights up...nothing seems to change on the machine? Can't find the operators manual for it, only the zx35u-2 and later...

I wonder what it would do? I can press the button after it's already running.

But it sure looks like a piston and crank.

I'm thinking probably no? I've randomly pushed it before and left it on a bit.

It doesn't start very smoothly when it's cold out, maybe it's supposed to be used during start-up?
    (whatever it is - lol)

Manuals for newer models show a "auto-idle". Automatically returns engine to idle after 4 seconds of all controls moved to neutral.

Looks like it may be auto idle indicator and switch. https://www.manualslib.com/products/...2-8926256.html

    See page 55.

I missed that in the newer manual, had to massively blow it up to see the icon. But it sure looks like the right one.

Weird that I don't recall it idling down when I was using it. I must not have had the button pressed long enough to notice.

Now to just get it to start better in the cold.... Name: upload_2020-11-2_12-25-41.png

Dude 1 at the plant: What picture should we use for auto-idle?
Dude 2: Just show a piston and crankshaft with an arrow.
Dude 1: Brilliant! That will be self-explanatory to everyone.

Dude 1 and 2 are stoned......

When water runs a small metered chemical pump adds chlorine to the water that is then stored in the tank. At least that is what they do in dinners that use well water.
