    Airco wasp II-E not welding.

Hey guys how's it going? My father in law have me an Airco wasp II-E welder. He said he was using it and the engine quit. So I played around and got the engine back running, but it won't weld or anything. It's not making any power from the leads or the plug. I don't see any broken wire, the fuse in it is good, I cleaned the brushes, but it's still not welding. Any suggestions? Thanks.

Can you post a pic. of the machine? Might be a rebadged Miller or other brand machine.
