Bobcat 225 spec h Subaru engine

Subaru engine LKO21476h Not getting fuel to the carb. Looks like the fuel pump is working and after cranking there’s gasoline running from a small black tube under the carb. Thanks
Well I poured a little gas down the carb and it started running. I’m going to put it back together and try to run it.

Did you pull the carb off/apart and check for obstructions/gunk in the fuel feed to the needle/float? Bowl probably needs to be cleaned anyways... That's what I'd do

I have not pulled the carb. I’ll try that .
I know I had a old bobcat and there was a screw on the side where you could drain it but this carb is different.

Did you just get this machine ???
Many Subaru's for some reason may need a shot of either to start. After starting, they run fine.

My Subaru TB302 likes a little dribble of gas in the carb if it sits awhile. Used a LIGHT dose of ether once... Thought I was going to blow something up. I think I'll just get the electric fuel pump kit for it. It's $155 but probably better in the long run than ether.

The needle screw beside the solenoid must be a drain when I open it a little bit that’s when gas runs out the bottom tube. Pulled that screw and the solenoid and blew some light air in it to clean it out. It’s running ok but I probably need to pull the carb. Thanks everybody
