    Have you tried miller4less.com?
You will need the part number for what your looking for.
If what your looking for isn’t there, often parts can be had elsewhere sometimes.

Miller for less said its a discontinued part. Anybody know of the replacement part? Any other way to get auto-idle to work?

When you say 'transformer' do you mean the pickup coil they have going around any of the current supplying conductors? or do you mean the amplifier part of that circuit?

The pickup coil would be fairly generic to other similar welders and although I do not know the specs I would bet substituting wouldn't be too hard.

I am not sure. But I would think it’s a pick up coil that picks up voltage from the lead and then tells the pc board to idle up.

Do you have the original or is it missing altogether? If you have the original, I would suggest rewinding it yourself with the appropriate gauge/length of magnet wire if you can/have confirmed there is an open in the existing winding.

If you don't have the spec already, CT1 output should be 27VAC with a 50A weld load.

I couldn't get any voltage from it at all...between connections or either terminal to ground while welding.. I didn't think about checking continuity between the two spades.. I was going to clean the connections and the spade pulled right out...I am assuming it was already broken. Not sure if i can solder it back in. So i started looking for a replacement and of course its discontinued.
