Any of you in America entering this?
It seems a lot more interesting than what they're doing in the UK... which is still pretty cool.
They're sending a limited edition transpocket on a journey around the UK for 12 weeks to 12 people who entered, to use for a week. Then one of the 12 gets to win it outright in a prize draw.
It would have been fun to enter a skill contest like this, though!

...hmmm, just read the skill contest. Excellent contest, I'm "proficient" in those welds, but by no means would win against many pros I've see weld. 
Might start using that set-up for students though - pretty cool test
