Hey guys! Re New here to the site.

I have been away for quite a while. So many things changed in my life.

So I am here. Touching base. Hope to continue some cool friendships from here.

Fill me in. What's new. What did I miss?

Here is what I can tell ya: 2020 has been a rollercoaster. My dad has Pancreatic Cancer and is terminal. I got in a bad accident on Jan 3rd. Ended up in trauma. I was on my quad and being stupid. blah blah blah. A little bit of surgery and I am still looking pretty good, plus some new manly scars. My company reorganized and offered a buyout/layoff. I took the offer. Paid off the house. 100% debt free now. Covid got my son and then me. That was fun for a week. Not as bad as everybody thinks. I just had a fever for 5 days. I really enjoy those fever dreams. Nothing like those anywhere else. My wife said I should just take the rest of the year off. So I have been semi retired since June 19th, 2020. Purchased some new 2nd A toys along the way. Worked on a project truck. Did some travelling.

    See you guys around!

Right now I am fabbing up a set of seat mounts for a swap in my truck. I am installing leather seats from a 2020 Honda odyssey into my 1982 chevy 1 ton crew cab dually.

Welcome Back! I live in Ajo, I think about 140 miles or so from Yuma, 40 miles south of Gila Bend, about 40 miles from the border.
Sorry to hear the news of your dad. I think the covid hits everyone differently & am thinking the time of year/weather plays some role.
