You have to post spec on both.
Most likely it work just find.
Most wire feeders use 120v ac
The only time you can run problems is with spool guns most are 24v ac.

The digipulse wire feeder is a microprocessor controlled feeder and it will control the SVI 450i welder. ESAB or L-Tec and allows for pulse welding. In its day it built a lot of car frames.
The heliarc 252 Is a TIG / stick welder. The two can not be adapted together and work.
