Campbell Hausfeld / Maxus Pro 180 wiring diagram

Hello all,

I am new to welding web.

I have aquired a Campbell Hausfeld Pro180 that is need of repair. The previous owner had some microswitches go bad and removed them. I am now looking for a wiring diagram or assembly diagram to put this machine back together correctly.

I would appreciate any help anyone can offer.

Contact Campbell Hausfeld and ask for the owners manual and a diagram.

Thanks for the reply. I have the owners manual, its pretty much useless. I used a form on CH website Friday to submit a request. No reply from them perhaps I spelled my email wrong and I should try again.

With all the 'covid' stuff you'll find that response times are a lot longer than normal because anybody that can 'work' from home is doing just that.... only we find that most of them aren't really getting much of the actual 'work' done at home so don't be surprised if it takes a week(or longer) to get a response

Hey Guys,

For those wondering the turnout. I never heard from CH so no help there. However I was able to use some pictures I found on here from another user to lead me in the right direction. In the end I was able to get the machine welding again and have used it on a couple small projects.
