You have to click on "Go Advanced" under the reply text box.
Then scroll down to "Attach Files". Click on "Manage Attachments" - a pop up box appears.
Click on "Browse" and find the file on your computer, upload it, and you are done.
There are other ways to imbed photos and videos but the above method is what I use.
