I have a Miller Passport the blue one ith as been a great tool until now. When i go to weld the wire becomes hot glows red and does not feed. I have changed the tips and made sure i am using the right size also have check the feed drive and tension everthing seem fine. Any ideas?:

Is the drive working (You didn't say whether it was or not) but the wire is stuck in the cable to the gun? Does the drive motor use brushes? If so, they might be worn out. There may also be a 'thrown' circuit breaker. You just need to check one possibility at a time.

You may also want to blow out all the crap from the conduit. Often times feeding issues can be caused by a build up of small slivers of metal in the conduit. Disconnect this and use either and air compressor or even just the oxygen end of your O/A torch to blow it out.

I have the same machine and had the same problem.
What you need to do is make sure the wire tension knob inside the lid is properly tightened.

Mine for some reason was bottomed out so I could not put any more tension on the wire.

I put some washers in the tension nut so I would have more gap to give me room to tighten.

Also try cleaning the wire guide sprocket or replace it. Actually that is what I would recommend before you add any washers. Regardless, check the wire tension nut and the wire guide sprocket.
