    Lincoln 225/210ac/dc model 8927

Hello everybody first post here I weld a little bit at home and at work have read a lot about welding on the web I use to set the welders I use by rpms but read it was better to set hz to 62.5 and when its loaded it will drop close to 60 at work we have this Lincoln 225 so I was going to set the hz at no load but on high I had 116 volts out of reseptical but only 50 hz so I checked my meter on grid it was on 59.9 so its pretty close so I checked rpms they were a little over 3700 so that was about right I've got the operator manual of Lincoln site I really don't see anything in that pertains to this unless I'm missing something unit welds and and runs grinders I'm stumped and it bugs me I was expecting 60 hz has anybody ever heard of something like this
