    Maybe use a davit or such, so one person can deck it.

    why didnt you just make rounded aluminum shields for the top pontoons of the rubber one? to prevent puncture from tusks..

    The weld beads under the two wooden poles look like they aren't complete.

    its a plate just tacked up on top of the other. will fix
    here is where water can come in.
