Looking for argentine grill design
Hello, I recently bought a miller 211 for a fence project I have been working on. I am thinking when I get home from this job in a few weeks I am gunna build an Argentine style grill as a side project. I have spent some time combing google and this site for ideas and build specs/recommendations. I have come up with some but not a whole ton of ideas much less any close up pics of design and materials. I figured I would just come out and ask if anyone has some pics or links to builds people on here have done or know about. I know smokers are a lot more popular but I have too many hobbies and don't to make my smoking into a skill I need to practice and develop. Plus when I smoke its usually a huge production just getting game meat processed and ready to go.
As of right now I am thinking maybe 10 gauge steel. Build on a rolling cart. I am probly going to add a rack for burning wood down to coals on the side and a relatively small cook surface. I am pretty undecided on coatings and lift mechanism
Thanks in advance

Go check out the Santa Maria grills that Allen builds. I really like his stuff, and he tries to teach you how he does things.

Re: Looking for argentine grill design
The Santa Maria style looks nice! My brother in law is from Argentina, sometimes he comes over some Mr. Tango sausage (one is pork and other Morsia or blood sausage) and some skirt steak. He'll load up the grill and we'll be eating as it cooks...
We've done so much, for so long, with so little. Were now qualified to do anything with nothing !
