Welcome Les.
There are a lot of farmers here like you.
Hey Troops... I've been trolling around here for some time and decided it was time to join the fun. I'm a 56 yr old farmer that has learned to weld out of necessity, but by no means do I consider myself an expert welder. I have a couple small stick welders and a Lincoln MIG that I am just starting to use. I took some O/A classes back in college a gazillion yrs ago, but now I'm having to relearn what I forgot. I have a PowerFist O/A set (marketed by Princess Auto in Canada, similar to Harbor Freight quality in the U.S.) which will hopefully soon be replaced by a Victor cutting torch. I've gotten out of livestock in the last 3 yrs, and am looking to get back into old cars (restored or rodded, I don't care) so I'll need to brush up on my welding skills. The whtbaron moniker is one I've used for years on many sites, so if that's too long, just call me Les.
