I had bought an ESAB caddi c-200-i mig welder on ebay, that came with a "ready to weld" package.
Well, after shipping the welder to Israel (one month by sea), buying an argon-co2 gas bottle, it seems that the package is not ready for welding.
There is no fitting on the gas regulator for the hose.
There is a 1/4" ID gas hose, with quick connect on the welder side, but no way to connect it to the regulator.

The regulator is an esab R-33-FM-580 that has a female 5/8-18 RH outlet.

I had tried searching for this fitting on ebay, Amazon and esab site, buy I couldn't find such a fitting.
No hardware store here supply such a fitting due to different standards.

Doe's any one knows were can I order this fitting, or what should I search for?
Thanks

Replace the fitting in your reg. with a barbed fitting. Secure with a hose clamp.

Given your situation and location, I would contact Esab directly as this should be a warranty issue. Upon that, Esab should be able to supply you with the proper hose in a timely manner.
The supplier may do the same, but like you say, shipping is not expedient.

You will have to sacrifice another inert gas hose and splice it. 1/4" hose splice with hose clamps. If you don't want to do that take the whole thing to your local welding store and they will be able to fix you up. I also didn't understand if your in Israel or if that was where the esab came from?

Thank you all for your help,

I live in Israel, The welder was bought from weld fabulous on ebay and shipped to Israel (it is much more expensive here).
It took 1 month shipping and another two weeks to find an argon-co2 mix.
Now I"m have 1600$ (after tax) worth of equipment that I can't use.:(
I had sent a question on this issue to ESAB on there US site, but got no reply, same for weld fabulous.
Unfortunately, there are no welding stores here in Israel, so I can't just walk in and buy what I need.
There are plenty of welding supply companies, but they are only dealing with professionals and not selling online.
For hobby use, they sell here just stick welders, mostly Chinese junk.
In Israel we use the metric system, so it is difficult to find US standard parts.

I had done allot of searching on ebay yesterday and finally found what I need:
Type B inert gas fitting
Now I need to find a seller that ships to Israel and wait another 2-3 weeks for delivery.

Shmulik - ESAB is almost everywhere.

"ESAB is the world's largest producer of standard welding equipment" . . .

Don't waste your time 'low-balling' on eBay or Amazon - because you don't
know exactly the part# you are missing - you are likely to lose again.

Go to:

http://www.esab.cz/global/en/

Search for an OEM representative in your 'neighborhood,' and find the part.

The alternative - because 'you are a welder now' - is to source both of the
incongruous 'thread-ends' and silver-solder a bridge.
