    Personal asset protection?

A question for those who are self employed... How do you have your company structured to protect your personal assets? LLC seems like a good choice but I'm wondering if there are other avenues that may be better.

I think you would need to talk to someone from your state on that. I have a "S" Corp. in Utah that the Attorney told me was the only way for me to protect myself. He said that a LLC will not keep them from going after personal assets. Then when I set up in Montana and Idaho I was told that a LLC was the only way to go. Each state has laws that are not the same.
