    Yep, might have to get a can of it to put beside my tube of Hi-Temp Silicone.... which is a great way to keep moisture out of battery terminals by the way. Great thread. My brother worked as a JD mechanic for years, but he moved up to the oil fields at Fort Mac to make his fortune. You might be more content where you are.

    Thanks. I stopped by the JD dealership on Saturday and was shocked to only find garden tractors. Clearly I don't go to town often. Consequently, I didn't find what I needed either.

    I think it is great that you put the info out there where it might save some poor shmuck from having the same problem, and who knows it might generate some sales for you too.!!!!Kudos!!!!

    In talking with Jim from farm show the servo shift units are installed in Spain as an option and it was theorized they just used what was convenient. To me it's a huge oversight.

    I haven't sold any through farm show yet... but it's summer and most guys don't have time to think about much more than getting the hay in. I might get a few calls in the fall.
